I was in a real fix. It was near Christmas, my ancient computer was on its last legs, I didn't want all the trauma of doing the rounds of the shops, listening to sales people talking gobbledygook (I'm strictly pre-computer generation) transferring heaps of important (to me) files and setting it all up. I looked for somone near home who could do something with the darn thing and found James in the phone book. I went round there ,discussed what I needed and by the next day it was all done. They had transferred all the files, bulit a new computer and had come round to set it all up- all for a reasonable price. After Christmas he fitted a new plug which got rid of a trailling wire from the phone to the computer room and sorted out a problem caused by the internet provider.
