Our Approach to Standard Computer Problems
We know that no one likes a nasty surpise when it comes to the bill so we approach our I.T. Support in two stages. If we have to take your computer back to the shop the following rates will apply.
Stage 1. - Maximum Fee of $50
Problem Diagnosis - This will usually occur onsite or over the phone.
Stage 2. - Variable with fixed quote
Problem Resolution - We will provide you with a fixed quote and begin work after we have your permission.
Priority Home and Office IT Support Rates
Phone Support - $20/ Half Hour
Onsite Support - $70/ Hour - No Callout Fee to Adelaide Metro
