We start with a free assessment of your device to see if it is suitable for our data recovery capabilities. We’ll know within 10 minutes if your device is suitable for the repairs and recovery efforts we can perform.
We spend hours for $25
A non refundable $25 attempt fee will be charged and we will do our absolute best to clone your drive and recover any and all data possible. This process takes a long time, whether we’re successful or not. If we don’t get any data back, you don’t pay anything else.
Success!
If we’re successful, the most you’ll pay is $400 (permitting to terms and conditions). This saves you thousands over a traditional, professional data recovery centre. Terms and conditions apply. Final price depends on the complexity of the repair and recovery process.

Which devices are suitable for our data recovery services?
Unfortunately we can’t fix every device or drive at this stage. We’re unable to restore data from iPads or some tablets which don’t turn on, and some hard drive configurations. We offer a free assessment of your device to see if it is compatible.
